Profile :: Chris Miller

I first picked up a guitar almost twenty years ago. I taught myself for several years by playing along with the radio and reading books. I majored in music and classical guitar in college. I’ve been in rock bands, Christian bands, pep bands and marching bands. Now I prefer the simplicity of performing and recording solo.

At my shows you’ll hear a wide variety of material, anything from Johnny Cash to Tool depending on my mood. I usually play both electric and acoustic guitar using a loop station to record some parts and replay them on the spot. I never prerecord anything, it’s all live.

I have over 6 hours of cover songs and 3 hours of original material that range from classic rock to alternative and the blues. I have played them everywhere from bars and coffee houses to birthday parties and weddings. You can check out the official list either in my blog or on my website
