Shift Manager
Summary of Position: Effectively lead shifts, delegate work loads and insure staff follows company procedures during daily operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead daily and nightly shifts
- Monitor food quality and levels
- Ensure that all quests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
- Monitor dining room to insure a clean and comfortable experience for the guest
